Frequently Asked Questions

Below, we would like to assist you with some frequently asked questions to help you prepare for your stay. We hope you find this information useful during your preparations.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out

The room and other services included in the booked packages are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in (from 9:00 AM) and/or late check-out (until 6:00 PM) is possible for an additional fee of 9,000 HUF per room per occasion. The fee for early check-in and/or late check-out includes the use of the room and/or the wellness area but does not cover any other services. These options are available based on capacity and can be inquired about 2-3 days prior to arrival.

Guests may occupy their hotel room from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival (Check-in) and must vacate it by 10:00 AM on the day of departure (Check-out). The hotel guarantees the reserved room for the guest until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival; please inform us in advance if you plan to arrive later. Without prior notice, the hotel reserves the right to reassign the room to another guest after this time.

Loyalty Discounts

Discounts for our returning guests are available through joining the Belenus Loyalty Program.

Hospitality

Our hotel’s dining facility operates from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and on weekends from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. You can charge your beverage consumption directly to your room account using your room key card, and settle the total amount upon departure.

Meals

In our restaurant, we provide each room with a dedicated table based on the number of guests booked, so you don’t need to worry about seating availability or rush during meals; your table will not be occupied by others. For guests with small children, we can provide high chairs upon request and cribs, baby bathtubs, and kettles in the room.

All-Inclusive Consumption

We would like to draw the attention of our guests who are using the ALL INCLUSIVE service, which provides full board, to the following rules related to it:

Wellness

Our wellness facilities are available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. All amenities can be easily activated with a single button press (Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, steam cave, tropical shower, water features in the indoor pool), so there’s no need to wait. The brown towels provided in your room can be used in the wellness area.

Other Services

In the rooms, you will find a digital information booklet providing alphabetical information about various services available for an additional fee. The timing for pre-booked services (manicure, pedicure, cosmetic treatment, massage, etc.) will be scheduled by the reception, and it is not possible to reserve specific time slots in advance.

Parking

Our hotel has a gated, camera-monitored private parking area. If you arrive by car, you can freely enter and exit between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM; the gate opens upon detecting your arrival intention, and outside of these hours, you can enter the hotel area using your room key card.

Air Conditioning Usage

Each of our rooms is equipped with individual air conditioning, which can be used depending on the weather, even on specific days. The use of air conditioning is complimentary and included in the room rate. Remote controls can be requested at the reception.

Pets

We warmly welcome guests with pets to our hotel. Small pets (dogs – up to 20 kg, birds, in a number equal to the number of persons staying in the room) are allowed for an additional fee. Exceptions are made for cats. Pets can be kept in the guest room and the hotel park but are not allowed in the restaurant or other enclosed communal areas. Owners are responsible for their pets’ care and behavior. For pets of different species or breeds, please seek prior approval from the hotel.

Smoking

Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas on the hotel premises. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Each room is equipped with a balcony where smoking is permitted; balcony furniture and ashtrays are provided.
